The EF-X3 & EF-X2 MK2 DIY Erase + Record Head Off MOD is a user-installable modification that lets you easily disable the erase and record heads on your Echo Fix unit for creative sound shaping and extended tape experimentation. Supplied with a new top PCB cover, cables, and a step-by-step instruction guide, this DIY MOD is designed for quick installation at home. For added convenience, Echo Fix can also pre-install the MOD with any new EF-X3 order.
Note: This MOD is not compatible with EF-X2 MK1 models.
