The RØDE PinMic is an ultra-discreet lavalier microphone designed for situations where invisible audio capture is essential. Its standout feature is a unique pin-through backplate system, allowing the microphone capsule to be fastened through clothing or fabric while keeping the mic head itself nearly invisible. This makes the PinMic perfect for film, broadcast, theater, or any professional environment where visual discretion is a must.

Equipped with an omnidirectional capsule, the PinMic delivers consistent, natural sound from all directions. It includes a 1.2m Kevlar-reinforced shielded cable for added durability and uses RØDE's versatile MiCon connector system for compatibility with a wide range of wireless transmitters, recorders, and cameras. The mic comes packaged with thoughtful accessories like a mini-furry windscreen, spare capsule, and PinMic Toolkit, all housed in a compact anti-trauma case. Available in two pin lengths, the PinMic offers a reliable, low-profile solution for clean, professional audio-without ever being seen.
