Aputure has released new firmware updates across the STORM, NOVA II, and NOVA 9° lighting families. These updates focus on performance refinements, control improvements, and system stability. Users are advised to update compatible fixtures to ensure consistent operation and access to the latest features.

Several fixtures receive larger feature updates, while others benefit from targeted optimizations and bug fixes.

Major firmware updates include:

  • STORM XT52 V1.7
    Adds coarse and fine adjustment modes within HSIC+ control. Manual fan control now includes Smart, Maximum Speed, High, Medium, Low, and Silent modes.
  • NOVA II 2x1 V1.3
    Performance updates address NFC operation, fan control logic, synchronization accuracy, Lead and Follow behavior, built-in lighting effects, and Bluetooth control stability.
  • STORM 1000c V1.8
    Resolves issues related to VRGB DMX profiles and includes additional minor refinements.
