Description

The Rosendahl MIF4 is a professional-grade MIDI timecode interface designed to serve as a reliable hub for synchronizing audio, video, and lighting systems. Built with a bright LED timecode display, multiple input modes, and robust output capabilities, the mif4 is an ideal tool for studio environments, post-production suites, and live performance setups. Its compact 1U design makes it rack-mountable (with optional accessories), or it can be used as a standalone desktop unit with rubber feet. Power can be supplied via USB or an external adapter, making it flexible for a variety of setups.

The MIF4 supports multiple timecode sources including LTC (Longitudinal Timecode), MTC (MIDI Timecode), USB, and an internal generator mode (GEN). It automatically detects frame rates such as 24, 25, 30, and drop-frame formats, and translates incoming signals into stable LTC and MTC outputs. The intuitive interface, operated via two buttons, allows users to switch modes, sync sources, and manually generate or jam sync timecode with ease. Whether you're looking to lock a DAW to video playback or synchronize a lighting rig to music cues, the mif4 offers a seamless and stable bridge across digital systems.
