Engineered with an omnidirectional polar pattern, the M152 captures natural, consistent sound from all directions, making it ideal for professional broadcast, film, theater, and corporate presentations. Its wide frequency response range of 20 Hz to 20 kHz ensures full-spectrum audio capture, while a slight boost in the upper frequencies adds a subtle crispness, enhancing vocal intelligibility without sounding harsh.
What sets the M152 apart is its excellent noise suppression design, minimizing mechanical and handling noise, which is crucial in environments with movement or vibration. With a sensitivity of 10 mV/Pa, an impedance of 3 kΩ, and low current consumption, it’s well-suited for use with digital encrypted wireless systems via its TA5F connector. For optimal results, the mic capsule should be centered on the speaker’s chest, placed as high as practical. In windy conditions, it can be concealed under a collar or light clothing to reduce wind noise, though this may slightly affect the tonal clarity.
