The Neumann KMS 104 plus bk brings studio-quality sound to the stage with the clarity and precision of a Neumann condenser capsule, housed in a rugged stage-ready design. Compared to the standard KMS 104, the "plus" model offers an extended low-frequency response (100"150 Hz), giving vocals more warmth and weight-especially favored by female singers.

Its tight cardioid pickup pattern ensures excellent feedback rejection and high gain before feedback, while handling sound pressure levels up to 150 dB without distortion. A fixed low-cut filter compensates for proximity effect, keeping bass tight and controlled during close-miking.

Built with a hardened steel grille and integrated pop screen, the KMS 104 plus provides reliable protection against plosives, moisture, and handling noise. Its transformerless output design minimizes interference and supports cable runs up to 300 m (1000 ft) without signal loss.
