Description

SSL 360° V2.1 is a software environment that brings Solid State Logic controllers, plug-ins and supported DAWs together into a more unified mixing workflow. Designed for use with UC1, UF1 and UF8, it gives users hands-on access to channel processing, track control and plug-in parameters while keeping key DAW functions closely synchronized. The update adds native support for the Harrison 32Classic Channel Strip V2, giving UC1 users automatically mapped control over its EQ, compressor, gate and variable attack functions, along with dynamics metering and EQ curve feedback inside the SSL 360° environment. UF1 and UF8 can also control the Harrison strip from the Plug-in Mixer Layer. 

V2.1 also strengthens the connection between SSL hardware and popular DAWs. Pro Tools users gain longer track-name displays, track colours, direct solo and cut control, improved automation handling and better synchronization with the Plug-in Mixer. Logic Pro integration goes further with synchronized track selection, colours, solo, cut and track visibility, plus send control from UF8. The Plug-in Mixer itself adds eight assignable virtual soft keys, more zoom options, direct automation access in supported DAWs and broader HUI, MCU and keyboard command support.

For users who want to stay focused on the mix instead of switching constantly between software views and control layers, SSL 360° V2.1 provides a more cohesive way to work across SSL hardware and plug-ins. Meter Pro integration also adds loudness data logging to CSV and the ability to follow the selected DAW track, rounding out an update focused on smoother navigation, faster control and a more console-like workflow.
