eMo IEM is a software upgrade that brings immersive, 360 in-ear mixing to live performers using the Waves eMotion LV1 mixer"all without the need for extra hardware. Powered by Waves Nx binaural technology, eMo IEM creates a natural, 3D listening space in headphones or in-ears, making long sessions feel more open and comfortable. Whether you're a monitor engineer or performer, you can place each instrument exactly where you want it in the sound field for a clear, balanced mix.

Setting up is simple: just activate IEM mode on any AUX channel in LV1, and you're ready to go. Control is intuitive, whether directly on the LV1 mixer or remotely via MyMon or MyFOH mobile apps. Each sound source can be positioned freely in the immersive field using easy drag-and-drop controls. eMo IEM supports software version 15 or higher and must be installed and activated separately from eMotion LV1. It's an easy, powerful upgrade that transforms how performers hear themselves-making monitoring more natural, more detailed, and less fatiguing.
