The Sennheiser SKM 6000 BK A5-A8 Handheld Transmitter delivers uncompromising wireless performance for professional live sound, broadcast, and touring applications. With a frequency range of 550.000 – 607.800 MHz, this variant of the SKM 6000 provides reliable transmission even in frequency-congested environments, thanks to its intermodulation-free design. This allows more channels to operate simultaneously using an equidistant frequency grid, ensuring high spectral efficiency and consistent, dropout-free signal quality.
Built with the Sennheiser standard capsule interface, the SKM 6000 is compatible with a wide range of microphone capsules, including those from Sennheiser's evolution wireless, 2000, Digital 9000 series, and the Neumann KK 204/205 series which makes it highly adaptable for different vocal styles and stage settings. It features AES 256 and Digital 9000 encryption, ensuring secure audio transmission. Housed in a robust yet lightweight magnesium body, the unit is powered by an optional BA 60 lithium-ion battery pack for up to 5.5 hours of runtime, or can be used with standard batteries via the B 60 set.
