Trinnov introduces the Altitude Extended Care Plan, a new support program for eligible Altitude16 and Altitude32 owners. The plan is designed to extend the professional support lifecycle of these processors through factory-backed maintenance, proactive system checks, and priority technical support through Authorized Trinnov Dealers.
The Altitude16 and Altitude32 are built as long-term components in a high-performance audio system. Trinnov’s continued software development, regular feature updates, and focus on backward compatibility are part of that approach. The Extended Care Plan gives owners a formal way to continue technical maintenance beyond the initial support period.

Starting in May 2026, eligible Altitude16 and Altitude32 owners can enroll in the plan. The plan adds five years of factory-backed maintenance and support from the date of enrollment, depending on the unit’s eligibility.
The plan includes factory maintenance for covered hardware service needs. If a processor requires hardware attention, Trinnov provides service at its factory workshop, including genuine parts and specialist labor, with no additional cost to the plan member.
Membership also includes an Annual System Health Audit. This remote diagnostic review allows Trinnov’s team to check system logs and hardware performance, helping confirm that the processor is operating as intended.
For technical inquiries, the plan gives the customer’s Authorized Trinnov Dealer priority access to Trinnov’s Global Support team. This helps support requests move through diagnostics and technical assistance more efficiently.

New and existing owners can enroll at the time of sale or before the initial five-year term expires to add five additional years of maintenance. Owners whose original five-year warranty has already expired may also enroll, regardless of the unit’s age, to receive five additional years of factory-backed maintenance from the enrollment date. For older units, this enrollment window closes on December 31, 2026.
The service entitlement is tied to the hardware, so it remains with the processor if ownership changes. Trinnov is also evaluating requirements for other regions and intends to expand the program to additional markets in the future.
Altitude32 owners should note that the program applies to units with serial numbers #1580 and above. Owners who are unsure about eligibility should contact us before enrolling.
