Description

The Bag End S15-B is a compact yet powerful passive 15” musical instrument speaker system, designed to deliver rich, full-range sound for a variety of stringed and electric instruments. Whether you're playing electric bass, acoustic bass, Chapman Stick, electric guitar, or even mandolin and banjo, the S15-B offers the tonal accuracy and musical warmth musicians rely on. Housed in a rear-vented, oiled birch cabinet, this speaker combines handcrafted durability with vintage aesthetics, featuring spring-loaded handles and a rugged 16-gauge steel grille for easy transport and reliable stage performance.

Built with a 15” transducer featuring a 2.5” voice coil and an 80 oz magnet, the S15-B boasts high sensitivity (103 dB SPL) and a frequency response of 46 Hz to 4 kHz, making it ideal as a standalone unit or part of a modular rig. It supports 300W continuous power (600W program) at 8 ohms, and is equipped with dual Neutrik® SpeakON connectors for secure, high-current input. Thanks to its artistically voiced design, this speaker doesn’t just reproduce your instrument but it becomes part of its voice, shaped by decades of Bag End’s blend of technical excellence and musical insight.
