Description

The Shure P9HW is a wired bodypack personal monitor designed for performers who demand precise, reliable, and customizable onstage monitoring without the need for wireless connectivity. Built with rugged all-metal construction, this compact unit delivers significantly improved audio clarity and reduced stage feedback compared to traditional floor wedges, making it ideal for musicians, vocalists, and performers in high-volume environments. 

The P9HW features an LCD screen with menu-based navigation, allowing for intuitive access to its settings, including MixMode and stereo mode. With two input channels, users can blend mixes using MixMode for a custom mono balance or use stereo mode for left/right control between two sources. Additional sound customization is available via a 4-band parametric EQ and a volume limiter, which helps protect hearing by capping maximum levels. Power is provided by two AA batteries (up to 9 hours) or the optional Shure SB900 rechargeable battery, which offers longer run time and in-unit charging. The unit includes a Y-splitter cable for easy integration with existing monitor systems and is built to clip securely to a belt or strap, offering a robust, tour-ready solution for personal monitoring.
