Description

The CARD-DANTE from Digital Audio Denmark is a high-performance 128-channel Dante/AES67 interface card designed for seamless audio-over-IP integration. Featuring dual RJ45 Ethernet ports, the card offers flexible network connectivity, operating either in switched mode or with redundant AoIP configurations to ensure uninterrupted signal flow in mission-critical environments. This robust design makes it easy to connect and route audio across Dante or AES67-enabled networks, even when dealing with different sample rates or unsynchronized systems.

With support for up to 128 input and 128 output channels at 48 kHz, the CARD-DANTE enables large-scale audio routing and format bridging within professional studio, live sound, or broadcast applications. It also incorporates bidirectional sample rate conversion, which is selectable for inputs and outputs together, making it ideal for bridging networks that operate on different clocks or sample rates. Compatible with Dante Domain Manager and supporting AES67 with SAP discovery, the card allows integration into both modern and legacy networked environments. When fully populated with 8 cards, the system scales to an impressive 1024 channels, all with controlled latency and comprehensive network redundancy options.
