Description

The DPA N-DR1 is a dual channel digital wireless receiver designed for the DPA N-Series wireless system, delivering reliable RF performance and high quality digital audio for professional live sound, broadcast, and theater applications. With wideband operation across 470–870 MHz, each unit provides flexible frequency coordination, making it easier to operate wireless systems even in crowded RF environments.

The receiver features a true radio diversity architecture, where each antenna input is connected to its own dedicated radio circuit. This design improves signal stability and reliability compared to traditional antenna diversity systems, helping maintain consistent reception and reduce dropouts during performances. With a true 126 dB dynamic range and a frequency response covering the full audio spectrum, the N-DR1 preserves the detail and clarity captured by DPA microphones throughout the wireless signal path.

Designed for modern digital audio workflows, the N-DR1 includes Dante network audio output, allowing direct integration with digital mixing systems while maintaining signal quality in the digital domain. Dante can operate in both standard and redundant network modes for additional reliability. The receiver also supports network control via Ethernet, provides power for active antennas, and offers a clean front panel layout for quick monitoring and setup. With its robust steel and aluminum construction and advanced wireless features, the N-DR1 provides a dependable foundation for high performance digital wireless microphone systems.
