The Empirical Labs Pump 500 Series Compressor delivers precision compression in a compact, single-channel 500 Series format. This compressor offers dynamic versatility, with front-panel controls for Attack, Release, Input trim, Output gain, and a unique AtMod (Attack Modification) knob for fine-tuning transients. It also features Ratio and Bypass buttons, a Saturation mode for added harmonic richness, and LED indicators for monitoring ratio and gain reduction. A 110Hz high-pass filter (HPF) in the detector path, coupled with soft-clipping functionality, makes it perfect for professional studio and live audio setups.
