Each pack includes 10 full-size sheets (20x12cm) of Heavy Duty material, along with 2 sheets of double-sided tape for easy reapplication and extended use. The silicone top layer ensures a strong, water-resistant grip, while the 2mm foam core absorbs heel impact without breaking down.
