The Mini-ALTO 115 Add-On Kit is a lightweight, high-performance windshield system designed for small condenser, short shotgun, and standard shotgun microphones. Perfect for on-location recording, this compact solution fits seamlessly onto RAD-1, RAD-2, or RAD-3 shock mounts, offering professional-grade wind protection without the bulk. Its 2-part magnetic "pod" design allows for quick setup and secure attachment, while the included removable fur windcover delivers impressive wind noise reduction of up to -40dB, rivaling much larger windshields.
Designed with convenience in mind, the Mini-ALTO features a Magnetic Windshield Stowage Holder with a Carabiner Clip for easy transport, and a Smiley Face Adaptor for smooth integration with your existing setup. Its 85mm diameter makes it the smallest full-coverage zeppelin windshield available, yet it's compatible with popular microphone models like the DPA 4018C, Neumann KM 100 Series, Schoeps CMC1 Series, and Sennheiser MKH8020, MKH8030, MKH8040, and MKH8050. The kit also includes a pair of RAD Cable Straps for neat cable management, ensuring a clutter-free workspace.
