The Trident Audio Developments Deca-Dent 500 Series Chassis is a versatile and forward-thinking 10-slot rack designed to bring ultimate flexibility and ease of use to your 500 Series setup. Engineered for professionals who demand efficient workflows and robust connectivity, the Deca-Dent stands out with a uniquely comprehensive array of I/O options, including combi jacks (XLR/¼”), dedicated XLR outputs, and an integrated DB-25 (D-Sub) connector for channels 1–8 streamlining connections in studio or live environments.

More than just a chassis, the Deca-Dent introduces intelligent signal routing features typically reserved for more complex patching systems. Each adjacent pair of modules can be linked via a rear-panel “Feed” switch, allowing the output of one module to be internally routed to the next without the need for external cables. Additionally, a Stereo Link switch enables seamless stereo pairing of odd/even modules, automatically activating compatible stereo link functions within the modules themselves. This design dramatically simplifies the process of using stereo dynamics processors like compressors or EQs.

Powered by an internationally compatible external switch-mode power supply, the Deca-Dent delivers consistent, isolated power with ±16V rails and dedicated +48V phantom power, ensuring each slot receives the full 130mA spec even when all 10 slots are fully populated. Whether you're building a tracking chain, a mastering rig, or a live sound processing setup, the Deca-Dent offers a rugged, smart, and expandable solution for getting the most out of your 500 Series gear.
