Founded in the early 1970s, Trident Audio Developments grew out of London's legendary Trident Studios, where engineers began designing their own recording consoles to meet the demands of professional music production. The company quickly earned a reputation for its distinctive analogue sound, innovative designs, and musical EQ circuits. Iconic consoles such as the A-Range, Series 80, and Series 80B helped shape the sound of countless recordings and established Trident as a respected name in professional audio. Now based in Gardena, California, Trident continues its British audio heritage with analogue mixing consoles, 500 Series modules, and outboard processors that combine classic console character with modern studio functionality.
