Description

This modular stereo microphone set pairs two miniature microphone amplifiers with phase-matched figure-8 capsules for professional film, music, and location recording. Its consistent bidirectional pickup pattern supports M/S, double M/S, and Blumlein stereo techniques, while the side-addressed capsules deliver clear, neutral sound with stable directionality across the frequency range.

Each amplifier features a balanced, transformerless output stage, a standard 3-pin XLR connection, and support for 12V or 48V phantom power. The set also includes swivel stand mounts, hollow foam popscreens for mild wind and close-speech protection, and a premium case for organized transport and storage.

Features

Matched Figure-8 Capsules
The phase-matched capsule pair provides closely aligned frequency response and sensitivity for accurate stereo recording.

Flexible Stereo Recording
The figure-8 pickup pattern is suited to M/S, double M/S, and Blumlein recording configurations.

Consistent Bidirectional Pickup
Each capsule maintains a near-ideal figure-8 pattern across its frequency range, with equal front and rear sensitivity and reversed rear polarity.

Side-Addressed Design
Sound is captured perpendicular to the microphone body, with marked front and rear axes for precise positioning.

Clear, Neutral Sound
The pure pressure-gradient capsules deliver natural reproduction for demanding film, music, and location applications.

Transformerless Amplification
The balanced transformerless output stages support low-noise, transparent signal reproduction.

Dual Phantom Power Support
The microphone amplifiers operate with either 12V or 48V phantom power for compatibility with professional recording equipment.

Balanced XLR Connectivity
Standard 3-pin XLR outputs connect directly to compatible microphone inputs and preamplifiers.

RF Interference Protection
Integrated shielding helps protect the audio signal from radio-frequency interference.

Complete Recording Set
Swivel stand mounts, hollow foam popscreens, and a premium case support setup, wind protection, transport, and storage.
