Equipped with +75 dB gain on its MAX-HD mic preamps, the HD 2 ensures transparent, low-noise capture with any microphone, including ribbon and low-output dynamics. Front-facing Fender-designed instrument inputs are optimized for guitar and bass, offering plug-and-play clarity with no additional tweaking. The inclusion of Auto Gain makes setup effortless, while dedicated re-amp outputs let you route clean guitar or bass tracks to amplifiers and pedals for creative tone shaping.

Beyond tracking, the HD 2 features a DSP-powered monitor mixer with loopback support, ideal for podcasting, livestreaming, and custom cue mixes. Control every key parameter, gain, phantom power, routing from either the Fender Studio Pro DAW or the Universal Control app, available for both desktop and mobile platforms.
