The LockitSlate Handle with Folding Base is a practical spare part designed for the LockitSlate and LockitSlate Take 2. Its integrated fold-out stand lets you quickly set the slate down on a table, Magliner, or other flat surface, then fold the base away when it is time to move.
A 3/8-inch thread on the bottom adds useful mounting flexibility. Attach the handle to a compatible boom pole or rig to position the LockitSlate where it is needed around the camera setup, including harder-to-reach positions during crane shots. The combination of a comfortable handle, folding stand, and threaded mounting point makes it a versatile addition or replacement for an existing LockitSlate setup.
