The Throne Of Tone by Warm Audio is a powerhouse dual-sided overdrive pedal designed to capture the essence of classic British blues and rock tones. Inspired by two of the most iconic mid-gain amp-style circuits in guitar history, this pedal combines them into a single, flexible platform perfect for stacking, boosting, or standing alone as your primary drive source. Whether you're seeking vintage amp-like breakup or pushing your clean amp into creamy overdrive, the Throne Of Tone delivers with ease, all while preserving the feel and dynamics guitarists crave.
With independent controls on each side, players can sculpt separate voices for rhythm and lead, or blend both channels for massive tonal depth. The pedal features three drive modes per side (boost, overdrive, distortion), selectable voicings and gain levels, and a unique presence knob to fine-tune the 500Hz–2.3kHz range. An external voltage boost (from 9V to 18V) allows for added headroom, while true-bypass switching ensures a transparent signal path. Housed in a rugged chassis and built with 100% analog circuitry and premium components, the Throne Of Tone is meticulously hand-tested in Austin, TX, making it a serious contender for any pedalboard looking for that regal British voice.
