AKG C 451 & CK8
The AKG C451 with the CK8 has a narrow acceptance angle making it suitable for 'float' use or for medium distance recording.
Short shotgun of highly stable performance. As a result of combining the gradient and interference principles, it has a frequency-independent characteristic and features a narrow angle of acceptance. Its medium - distance reach makes for a clear emphasis on desired sound source. Together with FET pre-amplifiers C451 the CK8 is highly suitable for TV and film sound-track recording, for stage use, reporting and field work.
