The very slim and unconventional Genelec 1038CF studio monitor is optimised for applications where a subwoofer is used.
Typically installed as a flush-mounted system, the compact 1038CF is designed to be complemented with a subwoofer in either stereo or multichannel applications. Its unique Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW ?) technology provides excellent on- and off-axis imaging and frequency balance even in difficult acoustic environments. The system includes drivers, enclosure, multiple power amplifiers, active low signal level crossovers, precise room response controls and protection circuitry.
The 1038CF is ideal for music recording studios, large composing studios, film and video post-production and broadcast monitoring.
