The MOTU 848 is a flagship 28-in/32-out interface that combines Thunderbolt 4 / USB4 universal connectivity with ESS Sabre32? conversion for pristine, low-distortion audio (up to 125 dB DR). It's built for modern studios that need massive I/O, ultra-low latency, and powerful onboard DSP for mixing and effects-on Mac, Windows, or iOS.
A 64-channel, 32-bus mixer with 32-bit float processing provides EQ, compression, HPF, gate, and reverb on every input/bus. Four transparent mic/DI inputs (-114 dB THD+N, +74 dB gain) include inserts on 3"4, plus 12 DC-coupled line outs, dual headphones, and ADAT/SMUX/TOSLink digital I/O. Integrated AVB networking (2- Gigabit) streams up to 128-128 channels over Ethernet with fixed 2 ms network latency, and the CueMix Pro app controls everything from desktop or iOS.
