Expand your Sound Devices 888 mixer-recorder with the ISO 4 Plugin, adding four ISO channels and four record tracks to transform it into a 20-channel, 24-track system. Perfect for high channel count productions or added routing flexibility, the ISO 4 unlocks more capacity and workflow options for demanding setups.
The additional channels (17"20) can be sourced from any physical input type-mic, line, Dante, USB, AES3, AES42, or returns-and routed to the main mix bus, auxiliary buses, and outputs. Like the original channels, they include trim, fader control, HPF, limiter, compressor, ISO, and bus routing, ensuring professional-grade flexibility.
Use the plugin to expand capacity for wireless systems (SL-2, Astral ARX16, ARX8) or to enable redundancy workflows, recording up to 10 unprocessed and 10 processed tracks with effects. While channels 17"20 do not support linking, automixing, noise suppression, EQ, or input delay, they still provide essential core processing to handle large-scale productions.
