The Zaxcom MAESIN is a modular AES input expansion for the Nova recorder, designed to maximize connectivity and RF integration in one compact unit. Installed into an unused Nova receiver slot, MAESIN adds two pairs of AES digital inputs via dual TA5 connectors, expanding your input capabilities for digital sources.
Additionally, MAESIN includes two SMA antenna output connectors that interface with Nova's internal micplexer. This allows seamless connection to an external QRX receiver using standard SMA-to-SMA cables, optimizing your RF workflow without sacrificing space or simplicity.
