Description

The Genelec 4435AMR Smart IP Active In-Ceiling Speaker combines premium networked audio performance with a discreet Mystic Black round grille design, making it an ideal solution for high-end AV installations where powerful sound and minimal visual impact are equally important. Designed for flush in-ceiling mounting, the 4435AMR blends seamlessly into modern hospitality spaces, conference rooms, retail environments, educational facilities, and luxury residential interiors while delivering clear, detailed, and evenly distributed audio coverage.

Built on Genelec’s Smart IP platform, the 4435AMR delivers power, audio, and loudspeaker management through a single standard CAT cable using PoE connectivity. Full compatibility with Dante and AES67 audio streams allows smooth integration into professional audio-over-IP systems, while Smart IP Manager software provides installers with advanced tools for room equalization, zoning, device discovery, and system monitoring. Integration with third-party automation systems is also supported through a public API, allowing convenient control within larger AV environments.

The 4435AMR features dual 50 W Class D amplifiers driving a 130 mm woofer and 19 mm metal dome tweeter to produce balanced and natural sound with excellent speech intelligibility and wide coverage. Its active two-way design eliminates the need for external amplifier racks while maintaining high-performance audio reproduction with output levels reaching up to 104 dB SPL. The low-profile magnetically attached round grille and simple latch mounting system allow for clean installation and easy servicing, while Genelec’s durable construction and sustainable Finnish manufacturing ensure long-term reliability in demanding professional applications.
