The AudioRoot DYAD-CT-X is a rugged, passive power combining cable designed for compact audio systems that require redundant power input without telemetry. With one battery cup and one TA4M input, the DYAD-CT-X merges power sources into a single XLR4 output, enabling hot-swapping or extended runtime without the complexity of smart battery communication.

This cable is ideal for users operating in field or mobile environments who need simple, reliable power redundancy for devices using XLR4 inputs, such as mixers, recorders, or power distribution units. The passive design makes it compatible with Audioroot’s vmDBOX systems and a wide range of non-SMBus (non-telemetry) gear.

Perfect for use with a DC power supply (via TA4M) and a battery backup, the DYAD-CT-X allows seamless switching between power sources ensuring uninterrupted operation during AC power loss or battery swaps.
