The Zoom AC-2 Acoustic Creator is a powerful and intuitive DI/preamp pedal designed specifically for acoustic musicians who want to restore and amplify their instrument’s natural tone,  on stage, in the studio, or anywhere in between. Whether you're playing a steel-string, nylon, 12-string, upright bass, or another acoustic instrument with a pickup, the AC-2 helps you deliver a warm, rich sound that stays true to your instrument’s character. With 16 guitar body presets and selectable piezo or magnetic pickup input, the AC-2 tailors your tone with impressive accuracy, eliminating the thin or boxy qualities that often come from direct pickups.

In addition to tone restoration, the AC-2 includes essential performance tools such as a 3-band EQ, natural-sounding reverb, and a high-quality preamp for boosting your signal. Its anti-feedback control and built-in tuner make it stage-ready, while the boost footswitch adds up to 9 dB of gain which is ideal for switching dynamics during a song. Output options include balanced XLR, dual 1/4" outs, and a stereo headphone jack, giving you full flexibility for PA systems, amps, and interfaces. Power it via AA batteries, the included Zoom AD-16 adapter, or USB bus power for ultimate convenience.
