Description

The Neve Elements 88R Dynamics brings the powerful dynamics processing of the flagship Neve 88R analogue console into a standalone, eight-channel rackmount unit. Featuring authentic Neve VCA circuitry, it combines compression, limiting, gating and expansion to provide precise control over dynamic range while retaining the character of genuine analogue processing.

Each channel offers a comprehensive set of dynamics controls, including adjustable compressor ratios and thresholds, selectable attack speeds, release times and make-up gain. The gate and expander section provides additional control over unwanted noise and dynamic behaviour, making the 88R Dynamics a versatile choice for recording, mixing and multichannel processing applications.

As part of the Neve Elements range, the 88R Dynamics combines physical analogue circuitry with software-based control. The Element Control Plugin provides access to hardware settings directly from a DAW, with session recall and automation support. The processor also operates independently of a Neve console and can integrate with existing analogue consoles, audio interfaces and patch bays. Its compact 2U design delivers eight channels of authentic 88R dynamics processing without occupying an entire console.
