This system combines the trusted performance of Shure’s digital wireless technology with a compact, camera-friendly setup that excels in interviews, documentaries, streaming, and location shoots.
At the heart of the system is the SLXD5+ portable digital receiver, a lightweight, battery- or USB-C-powered unit designed for mounting on cameras or audio bags. It features Bluetooth remote monitoring and control, AES-256 encryption, Digital Feedback Reduction, and Multi-Mic Mode which allows multiple transmitters to be managed from a single device. A headphone output enables real-time audio monitoring on location, while locking 3.5mm and XLR cables offer versatile connectivity.
Paired with it is the SLXD1+ digital bodypack transmitter, which delivers 24-bit / 48 kHz audio, 118 dB dynamic range, and long-lasting power via AA batteries or the optional SB903 rechargeable battery. It connects to the included WL185M low-profile lavalier microphone, a cardioid condenser mic optimized for clear, isolated vocal pickup which is ideal for interviews or dialogue in uncontrolled environments.
