Expand your Sound Devices 833 with the +4 Plugin, adding four fully-featured ISO channels/record tracks to turn your mixer-recorder into a 12-channel, 16-track powerhouse. Perfect for high channel count productions or when you need extra routing flexibility, the +4 Plugin unlocks more creative control and workflow options.

These additional channels can be sourced from any input-whether via SL-2 wireless, analog, AES, or USB-and routed to the main mix bus, additional buses, or any output. Just like the original eight channels, they support full processing, including low-cut filters, EQ, delay, limiters, compression, Automix, NoiseAssist, or CEDAR sdnx.

The +4 Plugin is also ideal for redundancy workflows, allowing you to record parallel unprocessed and processed tracks (e.g., six clean and six processed ISOs) with ease. Whether you're handling wireless-heavy setups, complex routing, or advanced safety recording, the +4 Plugin ensures the 833 adapts to your production's demands.
