Constructed with a nickel-plated copper alloy housing and tin-plated copper alloy contacts, the 05BL5MX ensures low contact resistance (0.01 Ohms) and excellent durability. Its solder cup termination supports 22 AWG wire, and the soft plastic handle provides flexible strain relief for cable protection. With a maximum jaw capacity of 0.22 inches (5.5 mm) and RoHS/REACH compliance, this connector meets modern environmental and safety standards.
