The DPA 4011-DF-F-B01-120 is a professional-grade cardioid condenser microphone mounted on a 122 cm (48-inch) boom with an integrated floor stand, designed for high-quality audio capture in various applications, including live performances, studio recordings, and broadcast settings. Its cardioid polar pattern provides excellent off-axis rejection, ensuring focused sound pickup and minimizing unwanted ambient noise.

Equipped with the renowned MMC4011 cardioid capsule, the microphone delivers a flat on-axis frequency response and excellent phase response, faithfully reproducing the original sound source with low distortion and a wide dynamic range. This makes it suitable for capturing vocals, acoustic instruments, and as a spot microphone in orchestral settings.

The floor stand features an elegant, non-reflective black surface, designed to withstand the rigors of TV studios, OB vans, theaters, and concert halls. Its integrated shock mounting solution minimizes handling noise, and the unique design allows for a long boom pole that stabilizes quickly after positioning. The modular nature of the microphone system enables easy reconfiguration with different DPA capsules and preamplifiers to adapt to various recording scenarios.
