The SCHOEPS CB-MAB is a connecting rail for OCT Surround. It holds two MAB 1000 stereo mounting bars together, so a second bar can be added to the first one.
With the second MAB 1000 carrying the microphones for the left and right surround channels, the setup extends the OCT technique to 5-channel OCT Surround. The distance between the two bars can be varied between 13 - 47 cm.
