Description

The Schoeps CB ORTF-3D is a mechanical mount for eight microphones, made for the ORTF-3D recording principle. It is the bar used in the Schoeps ORTF-3D Indoor Set for indoor ambience recording in 3D audio.

The ORTF-3D technique can serve as a main microphone or an ambience microphone for 3D playback systems and VR. In the Indoor Set the eight microphones form a square array with 18 cm distance between the capsule centers, and the CCM microphones can be replaced with a CMC 1 L amplifier combined with an MK capsule.
