Description

The SCHOEPS CMC 1 KV is the version of the CMC 1 miniature microphone amplifier with a fixed cable coming out of the side. This variant has a short cable ending in a Lemo 3-pin connector with the Sound Devices pin configuration, for use with pocket transmitters that provide P48 or P12 phantom power.

It is a full alternative to the well-known CMC 6 and works with all existing MK capsules and active Colette accessories, for example the CUT 60. The magnetic back lets you fix it with the supplied magnetic accessories to door frames, steel beams, windows or table tops, which makes it a good choice as a plant mic in film sound or wherever a microphone has to stay discreetly hidden.

Side-Outgoing Cable
The cable leaves the housing at the side, which makes the CMC 1 KV the shortest version of the CMC 1.

Lemo 3-Pin for Sound Devices
The 0.5 m cable ends in a Lemo 3-pin connector wired for Sound Devices, for pocket transmitters that provide P48 or P12.

Magnetic Back
The magnetic back allows easy mounting with the included magnetic accessories on many surfaces such as door frames, steel beams and windows.

Plant Mic Use
Well suited as a plant mic in film sound and for any recording where the microphone needs to be discreetly hidden.

Colette System Compatible
A full alternative to the CMC 6, compatible with all existing MK capsules and active Colette accessories such as the CUT 60.

RFI Shield
