Description

Introducing the Hazelrigg Industries D Series, a refined collection of 500 Series modules that brings the unmistakable tone, warmth, and musical finesse of Hazelrigg and D.W. Fearn designs into a compact, studio-friendly format. The series includes the DVA Vacuum Tube Microphone Preamplifier/DI, the DLC Vacuum Tube Inductor Equalizer, and the DNE Pulse Width Modulation Compressor-each handcrafted with transformer-balanced signal paths and vacuum tube or high-headroom solid-state amplification for uncompromising audio integrity. Designed for professionals seeking world-class analog tone in a portable and cost-effective package, these modules deliver the clarity, control, and color expected of Hazelrigg gear.

The DVA offers up to 60 dB of gain with a hybrid tube/solid-state design, while the DLC provides smooth, musical EQ with hand-wound inductors and D.W. Fearn's proven tonal philosophy. The DNE brings PWM compression from the revered VT-7 into the 500 Series, offering intuitive controls, LED metering, and stereo linking. Each unit features thoughtful additions like high-pass filters, polarity reversal, and pad switches. Built for serious engineers, the D Series modules combine classic sonics with modern convenience in every detail.
