Description

The Lindell Audio LiN76 mkII is a vintage-style limiting amplifier inspired by classic 76 compression, designed to bring anything from smooth, transparent control to bold, energetic character. It is well suited for shaping vocals, tightening bass, adding punch to drums, or driving room mics into a more aggressive, textured sound. With its familiar hands-on layout and vintage-style VU meter, it gives engineers a direct, musical way to dial in dynamics without overcomplicating the workflow. 

Building on the original LiN76, the mkII adds useful refinements such as true bypass for quick comparisons, stereo linking for paired operation, an internal power supply, and an updated compression circuit designed for low-noise performance. Its blend of classic-inspired input, compression, and output stages gives users a wide tonal range, from clean and controlled to gritty and colorful when pushed. The result is a flexible studio compressor that brings classic character, practical updates, and everyday usability into one rackmount unit.
