Description

The RME M-1620 Pro D is a high-performance 16-channel A/D and 20-channel D/A converter that seamlessly integrates analog, ADAT, MADI, and Dante® formats which makes it an ideal hub for complex audio systems in live sound, broadcast, and studio environments. Compact yet powerful, it features a 1U rackmount design and brings next-level connectivity, flexibility, and redundancy into a single streamlined device.

Equipped with 16 line-level inputs and outputs, the M-1620 Pro D delivers pristine 24-bit conversion and customizable input/output levels per channel (up to +24 dBu). Its advanced routing matrix and intuitive front panel, including a display with LED meters and two independent headphone outputs, allow for easy local monitoring and signal management. For digital connectivity, it supports ADAT, MADI (coaxial and optional optical), and Dante with up to 64 channels over Ethernet. Redundant power and network options, along with USB and web-based remote control, provide reliability and ease of use in mission-critical applications.
