Description

The Schoeps MiniCMIT is a miniature shotgun microphone that offers the characteristics of a CMIT 5 in a more compact form. This version comes in anthracite gray.

The MiniCMIT, CMIT 5 and SuperCMIT (ch2) have identical frequency response curves, and circuitry with similar characteristics lets the MiniCMIT and CMIT 5 be interchanged without altering the sound. A fixed low-cut filter at 70 Hz is built in.

It runs on P12 or P48 phantom power. Because P12 is more power-efficient and the microphone has the latest version of the Schoeps RFI Shield, Schoeps recommends it for digital transmitters such as the Sound Devices A20-TX. A black W 140 foam windscreen, an SG 20 stand clamp and a premium case are supplied.
