Originally available only on the 6-, 7-, and 8-Series, MixAssist automatically balances multiple mic inputs, reducing room noise and minimizing the buildup of unwanted background sound when several microphones are open.

Perfect for panel discussions, interviews, podcasts, or any production involving multiple talkers, MixAssist intelligently attenuates unused microphones while maintaining smooth, natural-sounding dialogue. This results in cleaner recordings and less need for post-production cleanup.

The plugin operates seamlessly within the MixPre-10 II, supporting sample rates of 44.1, 47.952, 48, and 48.048 kHz at 24-bit or 32-bit float depth, ensuring pristine audio quality across workflows.
