The MXCW640 Wireless Conference Unit from Shure is an all-in-one wireless conferencing solution designed to support professional meetings, discussions, and presentations with exceptional flexibility and ease of use. Combining a microphone interface, loudspeaker, touchscreen controls, and participant management features into a single compact unit, it eliminates the need for extensive cabling and allows meeting spaces to be configured quickly for both permanent installations and temporary events.
A vibrant 4.3-inch color touchscreen provides intuitive access to meeting functions, including speaker management, voting, interpretation channel selection, and participant information. The unit supports a variety of operating modes, allowing it to serve as a chairman, delegate, listener, or ambient microphone station depending on the requirements of the meeting. Built-in speak and mute controls with LED indicators offer clear operational feedback, while the integrated loudspeaker delivers intelligible audio and remains active even when the microphone is in use.
Designed for comfort and convenience, the MXCW640 features dual headphone outputs with individual volume controls for monitoring floor audio or interpretation channels. An integrated NFC card slot supports participant identification, helping streamline conference management. The unit is powered by the included rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing more than 11 hours of operation on a single charge, making it well suited for full-day conferences, corporate meetings, government sessions, educational environments, and other professional discussion settings where mobility and reliability are essential.
