The Waves WRC-1 is a robust, rack-mountable Wi-Fi router and access point purpose-built for the demanding environments of live sound, stage productions, and AV installations. Housed in a durable 1U chassis, it features dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz) with MIMO technology for expanded range and bandwidth, ensuring stable and secure connectivity for control apps, wireless monitoring, streaming, and more.
With pro-grade locking RJ45 ports, an integrated DLNA player with balanced XLR outputs, and a 5-port USB3 hub, the WRC-1 supports a wide array of audio workflows-from personal monitor mixing via Waves MyMon to wireless file streaming. Its fanless, quiet design makes it ideal for noise-sensitive environments, while removable SMA antennas, internal universal power supply, and intuitive browser-based setup provide flexible and user-friendly operation. For added control, advanced firmware is available, enabling deeper network customization for installations that require it.
