The bi-amplified Genelec HT208BPM is a two way active speaker system designed for high quality Home Theater installations. The speaker unit contains drivers, power amplifiers, active crossover filtering and protection circuitry. The Directivity Control Waveguide (DCW) technology used provides excellent frequency balance even in difficult acoustic environments.

The HT208B is ideal for use in medium sized Home Theater rooms. Up to 4200 ft3 / 123 m3. This is truly a full range loudspeaker, despite its rather small size. Its bass extension can satisfy the most critical listener and its accuracy will reveal all the details in your CDs and DVDs.

The amplifier panel has been upgraded with a 12V/contact closure strip. The amplifier panel includes a DIP-switch set that allows the user to turn the LED indicator on or off. If ON is selected, there is another dip switch that enables the LED to show standby (yellow) & overload (red) or only standby.
