The RetroBoom mounts to all stand masts containing 7/8-27 threads (note standard mic threads are 5/8-27). It will turn your fixed length boom stand into a telescoping boom, convert your fixed counterweight to a movable counterweight, transition your boom clutch into the worlds strongest, transform all of your adjustment points to quick releases and add over 280º more of quick and easily LOCKABLE positioning possibilities at the end mounting point (standard with SG Model).
