The Blackmagic 2110 IP Presentation Converter is a professional presentation and collaboration interface designed to connect laptops, projectors, microphones, and SMPTE ST 2110 IP broadcast networks through a single compact unit. Created specifically for conference rooms, auditoriums, lecture halls, corporate events, and broadcast presentation environments, it allows presenters to connect their computers via USB-C or HDMI while seamlessly delivering video and audio into an IP-based production workflow.
A standout feature is its dual USB-C and HDMI connectivity, making it easy to support a wide range of modern and legacy presentation devices. The USB-C inputs provide video connectivity while also supplying up to 45W of charging power to connected laptops, reducing cable clutter at the podium. An integrated HDMI output can feed local projectors or displays and can be switched between the presenter’s source and a return feed from the SMPTE-2110 network, allowing presenters to monitor content with ease. Professional XLR microphone inputs, balanced audio outputs, and headphone monitoring further simplify the setup for live presentations and events.
Built for modern IP-based facilities, the converter supports SMPTE ST 2110 video, audio, and ancillary data standards, along with NMOS discovery, connection management, and PTP synchronization for seamless integration into large broadcast networks. A built-in control panel with a color display, dedicated buttons, and rotary control allows quick access to settings directly from the unit. With support for HD, Ultra HD, and 4K workflows, plus a 10G Ethernet connection capable of carrying both media and power, the 2110 IP Presentation Converter provides a streamlined solution for bringing presentation sources into professional broadcast and live production environments.
