The Audix HT2 is a professional headworn condenser microphone designed for live vocals, presentations, broadcast, and performance applications where hands-free operation and reliable vocal clarity are essential. Its lightweight dual-ear headset design provides a secure and comfortable fit, making it ideal for lead vocals, backing vocals, public speaking, worship services, fitness instruction, and stage performances. The low-profile appearance and adjustable frame allow performers and presenters to move naturally while maintaining consistent microphone placement.
Equipped with a uniformly controlled supercardioid polar pattern, the HT2 captures vocals clearly from a comfortable off-axis position while helping reduce background noise and stage bleed from surrounding instruments. Its tailored frequency response and high-performance 5 mm capsule deliver articulate vocal reproduction with excellent isolation and strong feedback resistance, even in loud live sound environments. The HT2 is also capable of handling extremely high sound pressure levels without distortion, making it dependable for energetic stage performances and dynamic vocal applications.
Built with a durable rubber-coated metal frame and a flexible boom arm, the HT2 is engineered for long-term professional use while remaining lightweight and comfortable for extended wear. Designed primarily for use with Audix wireless systems, it can also operate as a wired microphone when paired with the optional APS911 phantom power adapter. Featuring a high-quality 3-foot cable terminating in a compact mini XLRf connector, the HT2 combines professional audio performance, dependable construction, and hands-free convenience for demanding live and presentation environments.
